Residential Container Garden - Pink Paradise

Who doesn’t want to lay by the pool in a pink tropical paradise? Tammy reached out to me at the start of summer to stylize her poolside containers. The theme: Dolly Parton’s White Limozeen rooftop bar. All twenty containers were shades of pink, ready to be filled with lush, vibrant blooms. We used a combination of tropical and annual plants in order to withstand the heat and humidity of a Richmond summer - mandevilla vine, majesty palms, pink oleander, kimberly queen ferns, calibrachoa, lantana, and portulaca to name a few. Tammy follows our watering schedule for maintenance. In doing so she’s able to extend the life of her containers all the way through late fall when we come back for clean up and soil amendment in preparation for next season.
